Trident Tree, McKinley Grove's third largest sequoia, is 15.7 feet in diameter at chest height, 62.5 feet in perimeter, and 250 feet tall. It's very elliptical due to the triple leaders crowning its top. If you measure it visually from the north or south, it looks like a 28,000-cubic-foot tree; if you measure it from the east or west, it looks like an 18,000 volume. Using an elliptical model, it comes out at about almost 22K.
