#107 Evans Tree, Evans Grove

The Evans Tree is currently 20 feet in diameter at the ground, 17.5 feet diameter at chest height, and 182 feet tall--significantly lower numbers than what it had a few years ago, before the recent fire. It lost much of its height and inner core and now has only one really good-looking unburned side; all the others show a great deal of damage. Its lower exterior diameter dimensions have not gone down much; however, it is now a much emptier shell than before and greatly shortened.
