Round Burl Tree, Atwell Mill Grove

The Round Burl Tree in the Diamond area of Atwell is 75 feet in circumference on the ground, 19.1 feet in diameter level at the high side ground, 17.1 feet in diameter at chest height, and 202 feet tall. It is located just above the AD Tree in the watershed and sometimes mistaken for the AD because of its size. It has its signature nearly round burl on its side, almost 8 feet in diameter, about 50 feet up.
