The # SQ684 Tree is 16 feet in diameter at chest height, over 59 feet in perimeter, and 235 feet tall. When i measured it in 2022 every sequoia in the grove, old or young, had pretty pink ribbons streaming from them with numbers on them from recent studies. There are not many groves around that have not had serious burns in recent memory and this is one of them. Im glad some of them are being studied carefully and people are still watching over the big trees.
