The tree at the Hazelwood Pull-Off in Giant Forest is 23.6 feet in diameter at the ground and 20.5 feet diameter at chest height, and 269 feet tall. It is another example of an ordinary giant forest specimen that would be a champion tree anywhere else. However on the Generals Highway it is just another average tree you drive by alongside the road.
