The large tree opposite Perseverance is 24.1 feet in diameter level at the high side ground, nearly 20 feet in diameter at chest height, and 253 feet tall. It may be the second-largest tree in Black Mountain Grove. It was in the path of the last burn; however, unlike Black Mountain Beauty, it shows no severe damage.
